Yale Law School (YLS) is the law school of Yale University, a private research university in New Haven, Connecticut. It was established in 1824. The 2020–21 acceptance rate was 4%, the lowest of any law school in the United States. Its yield rate of 87% is also consistently the highest of any law school in the United States.Each class in Yale Law's three-year J.D. program enrolls approximately 200 students. ESSEC Business School is an international higher education institution located in France (Cergy-Pontoise and La Défense in the Paris area), Singapore and Morocco. Founded in 1907, ESSEC Business School is one of the most selective French "Grandes écoles" and referred in France as one of the "trois Parisiennes" (three Parisians), together with ESCP and HEC Paris. ESSEC Business School is one of the 76 schools in the world to have obtained the triple accreditation of AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.
