The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM or U of T Mississauga) is one of the three campuses of the University of Toronto, located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is the second-largest of the University of Toronto's three campuses in terms of both student enrolment and land area. Known for its proximity to nature, the suburban campus is set upon 225 acres of protected forest along the valley of the Credit River in the city of Mississauga. It is located approximately 33 kilometres west of the main St. George campus in downtown Toronto. Originally established in 1967 as Erindale College, one of the University of Toronto's constituent colleges affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Science, it became its own academic division of the university in 2003. The campus has since grown to become the university's second-largest division overall and its second-largest campus in terms of enrolment, the other two of which are St. George and the Scarborough campus. The University of Toronto hosts degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level on its Mississauga campus in 15 academic departments and three institutions, including the Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT). The campus mainly provides undergraduate education, and as part of the university's tri-campus structure, it hosts many of the same programs as the Faculty of Arts and Science on the St. George campus. UTM offers graduate programs notably through the Mississauga Academy of Medicine, one of the four academies in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine's MD program, and the Institute for Management and Innovation (IMI).

The Joseph L. Rotman School of Management commonly known as the Rotman School of Management, the Rotman School or just Rotman, is the University of Toronto's graduate business school, located in Downtown Toronto. The University of Toronto has been offering undergraduate courses in commerce and management since 1901, but the school was formally established in 1950 as the Institute of Business Administration, which was then changed to the Faculty of Management Studies in 1972 and subsequently shortened to the Faculty of Management in 1986. The school was renamed in 1997 after the late Joseph L. Rotman (1935-2015), its principal benefactor.

The school offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs in business administration, finance and commerce, including full-time, part-time and executive MBA programs along with a Master of Finance program, a Master of Management Analytics, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, and a doctoral program, the Rotman PhD. Additionally, in collaboration with other schools at the university, it offers combined MBA degrees with the Faculty of Law (JD/MBA), the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering (Skoll BASc/MBA), and the Munk School of Global Affairs (MBA/MGA); and Collaborative Programs in Asia-Pacific Studies and Environmental Studies. Out of 113 faculty members, 98% have doctorates. Roger Martin, who served as the school's dean from 1998 to 2013, is considered by Business Week as one of the most influential management thinkers in the world.
