This is a list of notable alumni of Yale Law School, the law school of the American Yale University, located in New Haven, Connecticut. (For a list of notable Yale University graduates, see the list of Yale University people.) Records are kept by the Association of Yale Alumni. All degrees listed below are LL.B. (the primary professional degree in law conferred by Yale Law School until 1971) or J.D. (the primary professional degree in law conferred since 1971), unless noted otherwise. Yale Law's three–year J.D. (LL.B., prior to 1971) program enrolls an incoming class of approximately 200 students, one of the smallest incoming class sizes of all top law schools.

The Yale School of Management (also known as Yale SOM) is the graduate business school of Yale University and is located on Whitney Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut, United States. The School awards the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Advanced Management (MAM), and Ph.D. degrees. As of August 2015, 655 students were enrolled in its MBA program, 63 in the MBA for Executives program, 64 in the MAM program, and 43 in the PhD program. The School has 90 faculty members (including joint and visiting faculty) and the dean is Edward A. Snyder.

The School conducts education and research in leadership, economics, operations management, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and other areas. The School offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate-level academic programs and concentrations. The School also has an Executive MBA degree program with opportunities for focused study in healthcare, asset management or sustainability. It also offers student exchange programs with HEC Paris, IESE, IE Business School, the London School of Economics, and Tsinghua University.

Kellogg School of Management

The Kellogg School of Management (The Kellogg School or Kellogg) is the business school of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with additional campuses in downtown Chicago, Illinois and Miami, Florida. Kellogg offers full-time, part-time, and executive programs, and partners with schools in China, France/Singapore, India, Spain, Hong Kong, Israel, Germany, Canada, and Thailand. Degrees granted include the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Ph.D., an MBA-JD, and MMM Program, a MBA + MDI dual degree. The MDI degree replaces the MEM degree within the MMM program. The MMM program equips future business leaders to drive the entire innovation lifecycle of a product or service, helping students to think holistically and strike a balance between the analytical and the intuitive.

Founded in 1908 in downtown Chicago as a part-time evening program, the school was chartered to educate business leaders with "good moral character". Kellogg pioneered the use of group projects and evaluations and popularized the importance of "teamwork" and "team leadership" within the business world.

Kellogg has historically been ranked as one of the top business schools in the world by BusinessWeek, U.S. News & World Report, The Economist Intelligence Unit, and other business news outlets. The PTMBA program has recently been ranked #1 in the nation by Business Week. Alumni from the Kellogg school hold leadership positions in for-profit, nonprofit, governmental, and academic institutions around the world. Kellogg is also the part of the Super Elite M7 business schools which comprise seven private business schools generally considered to have the world's best MBA programs. These seven business schools include - Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, and MIT Sloan.
